Hello,

I have been following this stock for the past several years. I am pleased with the progress made in turning his company around. Some key events where the favorable settlement of the Caremark litigation for $165 million, and the sale of the Lithotripsy Div for 125 million. These cash infusions paid down a considerable amount of debt.
Coram is currently in discussions for restructuring it's debt by paying down it's senior loan facilty to $80 million, and a reduction in it's Rollover note debt by $100 million.
What remains to be seen is, if Coram can consistently produce profits, after all the asset sales, and debt reductions are in place. With the internal growth, and revenue gains recently i have a high degree of confidence that can happen.

Here's hopeing for the best.

Regards,
Dick Salerno
