Long form, short form, it's all bullshit... the actual birth certificate, not the certificate of live birth will be just fine, it has the delivering doctor's name on it and the name of the hospital... what obungle presented was a scam and a fraud, no one every questioned whether he was born or not... from his deceptive actions and lies over the past two years you ought to be more savvy about how he pulled a fast one by presenting a certificate of live birth as his real birth certificate... people are more savvy now than two years ago... I've been telling you this for the past two years, those two documents are worlds apart... GZ
