Happy New Year, Bob! Thanks Rick. I really don't have strong feelings about this issue, either, despite my "stirring the pot." My only feeling is that, if rules don't matter, why bother to have them? Maybe it's time to abandon the label, "Biotech" Charity Contest in favor of "Healthcare" Charity Contest. I'd be in favor of that, because it might eliminate this yearly (needless, in my view) discussion of what companies are eligible. By this time in the life of this contest it ought to be running on automatic.
