You refuse to believe the truth about Islam.

I don't believe the view of Islam presented on this board. Much of it goes contrary to everything I know about human nature, and against what I've learned from my experience of living in a Muslim country.

You think if you walk up to a Muslim and ask this that they are going to tell you the truth? Of course not.

Come on, why not? Most every other religious group will gladly and openly share their belief system with others. Orthodox Jews (for example) have some fairly extreme views about some things, but the views are not secrets. Mormons think you shouldn't drink coffee. Who is it that thinks you shouldn't use medicinal practice - Christian Scientists or something like that? Catholics used to think infants which died before getting baptized went to hell (I think).

But yeah, in order for me to believe that Muslim parents think their children should be killed for becoming atheists, I want to hear them say it.

And almost never does a month goes by here in the USA that some Muslim family doesn't kill a daughter for going out with the "wrong" boy.

Is this for real? 24 incidents in the US in the past two years of Muslim parents killing their daughter for "behaving badly"?

I still think it would be great to ask these Muslim spoekespeople (CAIR reps and whatnot) the apostacy question when they're in TV interviews.

"Do you REALLY believe apostates should be killed, and if so by whom?"

What do YOU think they're going to say? If they say not killed, then they've (presumably) spoken out against Islam. If they say killed, they're going to look as ridiculous as Ahmidenijabby with his homosexual comment.

I doubt they would answer the question.
