We won't know any comments from the FOMC meeting for at least a month. They'll simply say they are leaving rates unchanged. Regardless, I think the market will go down. Asia is still in trouble, now it's South America. My concern is that Japanese banks have loaned a lot of money to these regions. If they pull their investments from US markets, we are in trouble. They have already threatened to do this a few months ago.
