I think your anger is misplaced here. AMD is the one who has been lying to you. Don't blame others for pointing it out. You are welcome to challenge any statement made here. Likewise, others are welcome to challenge your's.

Sounds like you very much wanted only one point of view, one that was utterly uncritical of AMD in any way and gullible enough to believe every Press Release and PowerPoint slide they produced.

It is always good to challenge your assumptions from time to time.
