"I got a call from the Star Tribune today regarding the cease and desist letter and the situation with JBI. They were notified by either the SEC or an SEC watch group--I don't remember who they said, but thank you to whomever it was that initiated that. Hopefully this will get the ball rolling on shutting down Mr. Bordynuik. To you who initiated that, if you are working with others to to shut down other frauds as well, you have my every blessing and thanks--it's people like you who who help make the world a better place."
