Of course it doesn't make them a coach. That said, I think we'd all agree Favre is going to have a hard time walking away from the action of the pits. That alone raises the question as to whether he'll leave football forever. Beyond that, Favre, like Harbaugh, grew up in a home where his father was a coach so I'm speculating that some of those coaching qualities may be in him. By no means am I saying that he'd for sure make the attempt. It would be intriguing if he did though...agreed?
