It's been a very long time....

I have a question, hope you can enlighten me...

I look at but do not trade the 10yr note ZN and the bond ZB
both are the March contract..Here's what I do not understand.. The price..
ZB is 121 and change
ZN is 120 and change...

120 what?... apples? $$?
I'm confused... I thought it was somewhat like a bond that you would buy something like a muni... It has and interest rate tied to it... but THAT much premium??

Can you explain this?
