Brett may be a little slow on the technology side.

Brett Favre Sued for Sexual Harassment

cbsnews.com

(CBS) Two women have come forward and filed suit in New York against Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre. CBS News has obtained a copy of the lawsuit.

The two women, Christina Scavo and Shannon O'Toole, are former massage therapists for the New York Jets, according to the suit. Scavo claims that then-New York Jets quarterback Favre wanted a three-way with her and another unnamed therapist.

According to the lawsuit, Favre sent text messages to a third unnamed woman that read he wanted to "get together" with the woman and Scavo. Another text allegedly read, "Kinda lonely tonight, I guess I have bad intentions." Yet another read, "Brett here you and crissy want to get together im all alone." [sic]

The suit claims that Scavo rejected Favre's alleged solicitations and that Scavo's husband asked for an apology from Favre, who refused. Scavo and O'Toole were not hired again by the Jets as a result, they allege in the suit.

The New York Jets and massage therapist coordinator Lisa Ripi are also named as defendants. The suit alleges that Ripi threated O'Toole, telling her in a phone call, "Chrissy and you will never work for the Jets again."

Favre has been in the news often lately and not just because of his lackluster performance with Minnesota this season (he says he's retiring). Former Jets sideline reporter Jenn Sterger alleged that in 2008 Favre sent her inappropriate photos and left voicemails on her cell phone.

Favre admitted to leaving the voicemails but denied sending the photos. He didn't participate in an NFL investigation that resulted in a $50,000 fine against him. The fine was not for sending the texts and leaving voicemails, but for not cooperating with the NFL's investigation.
