It was about 16 in 1980, and gold was actually equal to
DOW, but you never know.

If Ben prints us into oblivion, there will be no
limit to gold price. The same with DOW, but then
gold could exceed DOW, because the economy will
break down. Stocks will have little underlying
value, except for some old brick and mortar, but
they will be better than the dollar or bonds. -g/ng-

So far inflation has not been anywhere near these
levels, and I think Ben will have reason, namely,
inflation will not exceed 20% annual number, but
it could, in fact, get in the teens for a few years.

Still nowhere near hyperinflation (50% a day)
