Listen, their CFO, who may well be the brightest, if not the tallest of the 2 guys, for sure for years has been having his own ambitions to move ahead of just beefing up his brilliant engineer type CEO and thus the company. I know them both - and the company - and believe I have that pretty well understood and boxed in. ATHR is, and in spite of all their pseudo efforts - thank god for that - remains a product line only, albeit an extremely successful one, and thus is a natural one up for grabs. They never succeeded in moving in on any of the BRCM dominated prime territory and only recently, too late IMO replaced their VP of World Wide sales for that, who didn't quite have the clout to make it into Dell, Cisco and their partners WW.
