Sorry I wasn't clear. I was talking about medical. That is currently acceptable. By a strong majority of Americans. I think you are correct about nearly anything else. Complete legalization, of cannabis, would follow later. Sending out our military to go plant hunting is a complete waste of tax dollars. Due to financial considerations, it is possible that both could take place at the same time. IMHO that would be the long shot. I started out actively supporting complete legalization of every drug. Then got focused on the medical marijuana aspect. Sooo I started to look at it real hard. I wanted to be able to show folks that say "no medical value" where they were mistaken. What I ran into was more fantastic than I'd imagined. Much more. I invented a blend of herbs in olive oil. I was looking for cannabinoids from other sources than marijuana. I consider those to be "cannabis extenders." I've started to work with a patent attorney. Oddest thing though. Just in the last few days I figured out that this invention may be legal in all fifty states right now. Some things that I've seen happen: One single drop on the tongue was consumed by the IBS patient. IBS attack gone in twenty min. ** seen with four or five patients. Kidney failure Patient hadn't produced urine for over twelve hours. Applied topical oil to the back over kidneys. First urination within eight minutes took place after application. Phantom pain from amputation. Dulled phantom pain. Patient reported drop from 6 to 3 in seconds. Numerous reports of skin cancer going away. The oil doesn't get someone high. Since it doesn't produce a high, it legally falls into the same area as hemp skin soap you can purchase at the health food store.
