Mike:

If you look up the ORCL's 10-K & 10Q filings, & read their accompaning news release on quarterly results, you should be able to get an idea, roughly, how ORCL's revenues break down by region.

As far as currency risk, a prudent CFO of any company doing measureable business overseas will engage in some system of hedging strategies offset (hopefully) currency fluctuations & provide some degree of predictability to revenues generated overseas.

I'm sure a company such as ORCL has some system of hedging strategies in place, but they are never foolproof; they usually serve to "lessen the damage."
