I agree! I feel slapped on the face by Mancuso and company. Unless something good and major happens soon, I'm considering getting out of this turkey, taking my losses and saying good ridden's. This same thing happened to me in another company which I am now out of and which has continued it's decline in value.

I just wonder if a company called "Scorpion" is good for anything but stinging the existing share holders.

No doubt someone like Karl D. will post all the "benefits" and reasons for this dubious venture and make it sound good, but when I see the share price plummeting to below 1/2 of what I paid for it over 16 months ago, I am just sick death of all the positive talk which has no positive results. Just delay upon delay, and now dilution of our shares is a blind side that I sure didn't see coming! Well, it's my fault I bought this company, I took the risk, and I can just as well take my losses and move on if nothing positive happens.
