Hi PG: I suppose there are people with millions on Orcas but we're not among them. Property prices have fallen from inflated levels in the San Juan Islands like everywhere else. We watched the property we were interested in fall from about $600K three years ago to about $300K and then pounced on it last February. A nice home on two wooded acres with a glimpse of the water in a nice part of the island, just outside Moran State Park. So it doesn't take millions to buy a piece of this paradise. LOL
