Zeev,my one conjecture on this is they are making this deal
because they do not want to sell the company as they have other Tech
cards up their sleeve and believe in their future going it alone, and
this gives them the time to get whatever-it-is accomplished.
One thing is I really respect the integrity of this company.Look
at SIII going down the tubes now as the stock-holders realize they
have been bamboozled by falsely rosy earning reports--with TRKN they
have always been forthright and not hiding the gory details.
In this last press release I detect a touch of optimism and I don't
think the company now will tank--at least for now.
But damned I bought in on the peak of the spike--Drat! But still
hoping this will start notching up to let's say 6.If they come
with some more news then it could for sure get back to 8.
Off-Topic:BTW,the stock that is "killing" me is CNTR,bought in
for 1,400shares at 3 and it is now below 2 with possibilities of
collapse.I would short it--but their are rumours of a complete
management change that could pull this stock up,so can't go short.
Tricky,tricky this stock game. Max

Zeev, Michael Murphy predicts that both Lam and a Japanese company will be forced to follow suit and license TRKN's process.
