We had a lot more volume on the way to 73 this morning than we've had so far on the way down. All those day traders are going to be itchy to cut their losses soon. Should see a wave of selling before the close.

Some comments from a piece in today's WSJ online, a laundry list of tech stocks that Goldman was reiterating a bullish stance on:

Goldman analysts also said America Online Inc. (AOL) is experiencing "a
fair amount of momentum... [and] more leverage on earnings and growth."

Talk about damning with faint praise...
