NYC Residents Frustrated By Delayed Trash Collection newyork.cbslocal.com It's so bad, the rats are having a field day. Literally. Of course, the blame is directed at Mayor Bloomberg. Which would suit the motivations of an alleged union slowdown ... Would the alleger be you because frankly, no one else is saying its the union? And if its the union it must be all the unions because apt. buildings that use private garbage haulers are having problems as well. I know this may come as a shock to you but when streets are clogged with snow, garbage collectors are impacted significantly and collection becomes a very slow process. Once again, get out of your cozy bureaucracy and learn about the real world.
