Bill, you're right about IRAQ thumbing their noses, this headline just went across Rueters: IRAQ CONDEMS AND REJECTS UN SANCTIONS That should sit well! Does this mean you should short Libbey Owens Ford? ggggggg RB

Yeah Bill - about the only thing that will happen is that a few very expensive cruise missiles will probably be launched in the next week - taking out a facility or two & that is about it. Of course S.H (insert your own acronym for him - such as shi$ hea$) will then say that they shot them down in victory and nothing was touched etc. Same old story - over and over. Clinton is a wimp - but will act like he's Mr. macho via launching a couple of missles that hit a few strategic fleas & everyone will act like it's some sort of big deal or something.
