Howard, another site with good technical analysis is:......http://cbs.marketwatch.com/data_charts/achart.htx.........It's a good idea to keep one eye out on the fundamentals when using TA, afterall it is the fundamentals (company and whole-market) that precedes price direction.......based on stochastics and Williams %R we are near a bottom......based on fundamentals, whole-market sentiment says not necessarily.... If I were trying to pick a place to enter CPQ I would wait until the fundamentals become a little clearer.....I could be wrong but we may need to see the foreign picture become calmer. At this point even if DELL were to announce positive earnings tomorrow this foreign market thing would probably overshadow the results....I wouldn't want to be going long at this point on much of anything..........BTW do the foreign markets REALLY have that much to do with future earnings of CPQ? I don't think so, but until the market sees that we may be in for further slippage.
