Ted, how many snowstorms in the East Coast have you personally experienced?

Trust me, a lot more than you.

Just because the "average" is 28 inches of snow per year doesn't mean a single snowstorm that drops over 24 inches is a rarity.

Think before you speak, moron.

It was a very big snowstorm and so they prioritized the snow removal in the city. Manhattan, the business and tourist heart, got cleared first......as it should be. Then the boroughs got cleared. Every time there is a big snow storm in NYC there are complaints....its inevitable. Its what New Yorkers do best.....complain.

EDIT: If you want more meaningful statistics, here are some that I found in less than five seconds thanks to Google:

weather2000.com

December 2010: 20.0"
February 2010: 20.9"
February 2006: 26.9" (largest in NYC history)
February 2003: 19.8"
January 1996: 20.6"
February 1983: 17.6"

Okay, loser, it was the SECOND biggest snowstorm in decades. Why don't you admit you don't have a point.
