As you admit: the bible does not say anywhere that water didn't refract sunlight before the flood, or that no one had ever seen a rainbow before the flood. All this tearing your clothes and throwing dust in the air doesn't change that. Your contention that God's Just punishment of sinful Humans, is murder, is simply laughable. Get a dictionary after you learn to read. "I was asking your views on whether the children of God saw rainbows before the flood or if God told the truth when he ANNOUNCED to his children AFTER the flood that he had a special announcement:" I answered that.
