fat chance, those getting the big bucks generally pay 15% for dividends, 15% for hedge fund payments and a progressive rate reaching the high 30s for salary or bonuses . Compare that to what many consider our best years, the 50s when tax rates reached 91%. Rich people depend on our society to make what they do and if we are stupid enough to let our income distributions to get as far out of whack as they are today we are bound to have financial or other bubbles and the resultant lower total demand which will not do our economy much good.
