That is what Paul Ryan said last night in that excellent interview with Greta. At first he said that we (Republicans) say that Obamacare would increase the deficit by 701 billion, as opposed to what the letter from the CBO said about reducing the deficit. Then he said that when he asked the CBO to scale Obamacare without all the double countings and other financial hokey-pokey, they gave him the 701 billion increase figure. But Ryan should have said that first. He has not yet mastered the art of the sound bite.
