You forgot the people who don't properly cover their mouths when they have a cold. Or wash their hands. Or properly inflate their tires. It's really quite endless all this sloppy behavior the bad humans engage in that we good humans must pay for.

"You pay for them now, and you'd pay a lot more for them if it was legal."

It occurred to me to ask for evidence of this assertion, but have been down that path way too many times and know it is self evident.

I feel, therefore it is.

I've never been robbed by someone looking for a cigarette fix. I've never seen an accident caused by someone eating fat.

Obviously, every human behavior affects other people. But let's not pretend that some behaviors aren't more dangerous and more costly than others.
