The problem for the storage companies have been pricing. Dramatically lower pricing has killed the revenue growth and gross margins of a lot of the drive companies. This is good for BXH which buys the drives from the drive vendors and packages them and resells them with its integrated fibre channel technology. This improves gross margins.
