When will they use some of their cash to BUY BACK SHARES!!??

This is sad. QNTM management had stepped in before to pre-announce good earnings to prevent massive share price slide. Now we are in it. They can best capture shareholder value by buying back shares at this price, particularly if DLT is strong and they aren't taking large loss in disk drives.

Sector fears compounded by market weakness...
People selling just to get out of the market.

QNTM ~25 a share...utter bargain compared to
WDC ~20 and SEG ~24

The share prices of the three DD companies are leveling
I'm looking at this to be bottom...though under current
market conditions Its really hard to say.. though i can't see
QNTM going below SEG or WDC..

I have no current position in QNTM but did see Jag Notes had QNTM as Avoid/Sell in today's summary. Pristine Day Trader had QNTM as a short about a week ago. QNTM did bounce from it's low near the end of the day as the market continued to sell off.
