And it WAS a statue of a Beetle, wasn't it! You are just bringing back memories!!

He also had his "white club" or something and Arthur C. Clarke had a similar thing. It was mostly a Mensa thing and it beats most modern stuff all to Hell!!

I can't remember it, but Asimov always had a puzzle to solve and his man Friday always had the answers. Now I remember: Tales of the White Hart! I think that was Clarke! Well...it doesn't matter. It was very similar.

I read Asimov's autobiography about a year (maybe less?) before he died. I really respect such wonderful integrity. A really great human being...

I always felt I was walking in his shoes when he talked--or he in mine! Every word he spoke was honest. It really was!

On this thread you are the closest thing to that. Always be that way, lad. When you disagree, disagree with integrity and a question mark. I think that is your role. It is a good one...
