Bob, guessing which way INTC will move after earnings is just guessing.

I think they'll be around for a while and will go higher, but after next earnings? Who knows.

I'd buy INTC and sell the Feb $21 call for 50 cents and also sell a Feb $20 put for 49 cents

If INTC gets called you have $21.99
If you get put INTC, the new shares cost you $19.01
then you sell calls near the next short term peak

Bob, SoC has limitations. Not a fan here.
One bad component requires replacement of
entire system.

INTC is one of the best chip cos. out there.
Like MSFT, people love to hate them, but they're
not going away. They will adapt to the market
for chips. Right now RISC is growing for mobile
markets, as we all know.
