TL, there's only one problem with your assessment. The MMs have to be aware of the heavy illegal shorting that is in this stock as well as many others. If they short a stock to satisfy a buy, do you think that they will take a loss when the stock rises? Under normal circumstances, would you feel happy that the MM took a short
position against your buy position?

TL:
No stock can trade at light speed every single day. It has to
take a break and see which direction that it will go. All I was
stating was that in proportion to the amount of shares purchased
by the Cartel Et al since the beginning of August, we havent
seen that many shares being sold. Granted some people may have
been shaken out but the majority of them (the ones holding the
certificates and the ones trying to get them) havent sold shares.
Yesterday I saw two decent size trades and the stock was marked
down 12 1/2 cents. It wasnt marked up by those same 12 1/2 cents
when buys came in. Plus we have been told time and time again
that this stock is being shorted through Canada. When the
volume is fairly slow, a stock can be manipulated. I appreciate
your comments but in the case of RMIL; we are going to have
to fight to get what is ours.
I use the analogy of when an HMO doesnt want to pay for a procedure
and the person has to threaten a lawsuit before anything gets done.
We have to fight with our brokers to get what is ours. We paid
for our shares and we want what is ours. Plain and simple.
