Yes, Andy, I'm still on the sideline. Almost went back in around noon EDT; but, had to meet someone for lunch and decided to defer a decision...was looking at: XLNX; CUBE; PAIR; QNTM; KLIC; ADCT; TLAB; SNPS; and, AMAT. Returned about an hour before the close and decided to stay where I am. Still looking at these and add: PG and MO. BUT, I'M NOT SURE IT'S OVER!!!! Ed

PS: Last trade for XLNX was 29 11/16 with the market lower...29 3/8x1/2, 10x10. You may have gotten a fill at 30. E

Andy, you might want to take a look at what Lehman's analyst is saying...the report is time sensitive...it's at the end of a corrected AMD Report dated 11/13/97..."CHIP ENVIRONEMNT PSYCHOLOGICALLY TOUGH: ARE THE WHEELS FLYING OFF THE CARRIAGE?"...furthermore, it is in PDF format and you'll need an Acrobat Reader... lehman.com Wind your way through the menu to Semiconductors.
