How do you get from having Communist Manifesto as a favorite book to tea partier?.

Know your enemy. If you want to defeat your enemy, then read his books and learn his language and how he thinks.

Remember in the movie "Patton", the general defeated Rommell in a battle and at the peak of victory Patton yells out "Rommell, I read your book".
