Most people can listen to hateful vitriol about politicians and either just agree, disagree, disapprove of the tone, or whatever. Paranoid individuals such as this guy often believe the messages they see in the public media are directed specifically toward them. Thus, they may decide to take action. A terrible tragedy, from which I'm sure we will learn nothing amid the onslaught of "coverage" we're going to get from the media.
