You are correct we in the USA do focus on these occurrences examining the minute details. Like you I would not be surprised by the Meth connection-----if not Meth a psychological mind altering medication. That of course is my supposition and nothing more. Have been reading some articles that indicate a couple of run ins with the police but did not say for what-----with a period of "diversion"--whatever diversion is. What makes this more dramatic for we in USA is our access to non-stop news and the internet. Having said that my computer has an on and off switch----going to have a cup of hot soup and turn the computer off. (Very cold here in Virginia now.)
