In any case, the countdown must now start over. This stockisn't going to stay above the 6 3/8 bid price until some solid news comes out (e.g. earnings or contracts)

Dear Jack and all: Well, I was only trying to figure out a way to keep the clock ticking. Seems to me to be a shame to have the closing bid at say 63/8 when only a 1/32 above would suffice. Seems to me also if I have the Highest bid right before close-he must accept my bid and execute on it. Problem is the definition of closing bid. If he executes then THE NEXT guys bid might be the closing bid. I agree with Jack, we need a clear definition. If these MM's can manipulate the stock, why cant we? JDN
