Anyone feeling a bit uneasy about this market? It has been pretty brutal. Very few chances for short term trading and long term stuff, forget about it...a total disaster. Anyway, there are some good buys out there, just be careful to stay with quality. I think we need a real ugly day, some capitulation to this slow cancerous slide.

They are just flat out slaughtering some companies today, let alone what has been going on the past week.

Anyway, if you want to talk about it to discuss your positions or any situations you might find yourself in, feel free to call. It has been pretty quiet in here the past few days. 800.221.5676

Anyway, hopefully most took the chance to get out of the stock at 7 1/2, 8 the day after the restatement news. I can't see this stock recovering anytime soon. It seems NMGC is eating their lunch as well. (check NMGC news today). This stock is at the price where it falls off the radar screens of most mutual funds and is only the target of individual investors and hedge funds. No analyst is going to stick their neck out on this one.

If anyone wants some info on how the class actions in a case like this work, feel free to give me a call or post your question on the trading desk thread, or email to me.

Hang in there, it usually looks real ugly before it may turn, if it turns.

Regards,
