thATS interesting. i was unaware of the rights offering and am not pleased with the potential dillution there. i will have to do more research because in the press release it says that us investors who are accredited will be able to participate through a private offering.

i believe that ttt is undervalued because they underpaid for mass financial by at least $2 a share maybe even more. as far as i know mass financial owned a bunch of companies in the health care field in china and still does. no doubt that will be part of a future spin-off. mass financial was one of the best performing and largest positions in my portfolio and it seems to me that smith is pretty astute although ttt no doubt will also be a bit of a black box. its a bet on management for me.
