Is money going into Big caps. If you look at GE/BAC/JPM I think that answer is obvious.

If you look at INTC/CSCO and others it's harder to determine.

It's easier if I'm tracking the RS/SPX or RS/SPXEW by hand re INTC/CSCO but I am not. But given what I see re the number of companies whose relative strength was in 0's and now is in x's then that answer would be YES.

I notice elsewhere you are going to be in Vegas this WED. Where and what is your schedule like?

I'm in Vegas at this moment and could still be in Vegas Wed. If you are not tight for time and scheduling permits maybe we could catch up and put faces to names and chit chat abit.

If not no biggee but I am in Vegas at this moment.
