Because it conflicts with what you want to believe. You do love to throw the daggers, don't you. Rather than defend folk on the right who use "eliminationist" language, you might ask them to do what Olberman did, I'm told, which was check his previous stuff, found one instance, and apologized for it. Remember Olberman is taking to heart the Krugman distinction between ridicule and "eliminationist" language. They are different critters. Olberman's apology parallels the apology issued by the Nj unions. Let's hear it from Palin, Bachmann, Limbaugh, Beck.
