Brilliant suggestion! Unfortunately it would never pass as Congress is one body that gets to set its own rules and clearly they are not up to that.

Amendment - which says - Members of Congress need to pass a skill test to prove they know our Constitution.

Re the US Constitution: kumar, I think most of us agree with you on that....but most of us have assumed that we had grownups in the political arena. But if we thought that, we have been proven wrong.

Why can I not expect a person who represents me to have at least the same knowledge ?
