Anyone can make predictions, but the ones that are right are the important ones. Ascend has a lot of exposure to Asia. It also has continuing consolidation problems with Cascade. It also has competition from Cisco and problems with demand slowing from ISP's. How much do you need to see what is coming? Ascend has based many times and each time, people declare, "It's a bottom". Haven't been right for a long time. Ride the bounce and prepare to go down further.
