Contributory negligence? Of course!

I appreciate your well-written sentiments, but I don't believe much in contributory negligence or in collective guilt.

The left made a silly rush to judgment and it's backfired on them. That's what I see and especially in the part of the country where I come from. The way the left wing media has handled this has NOT served the Democratic party well in my part of the world.
