I hate it when these scams finally get exposed. All the promoters just vanish.

Where are the threats now?

I have been an investor since the initial public offering in the summer of 2008. You will find all sorts of speculation about how original investors ended up with three way splits or some such nonsense. My initial shares were transferred to 310 Holdings, 1 share for 1 share. In other words, the first publicly traded shares that I owned, were the 310 Holding shares later renamed JBI.

I would have suggested you ask someone else as stock details are not something I can explain with any expertise. I think Rawnoc's explanation is as good as it gets. I suggest you look at the website for Withum Smith & Brown. PC, they signed off on all the JBI books, if there is an issue, accuse them of wrong doing or incompetence. withum.com Even better, post it here and I'll forward it to them.
