No doubt he will be a woman in prison if he doesn't receive the death penalty. He won't be exposed to other prisoners til after sentencing and after that he will be locked in a single cell if he gets the death penalty. Save that he will likely be placed on Protective Custody.

A failure of all the courts senses and he will be sent to a secure mental health facility.
