This is from Briefing.com.

Texas Instruments Inc. (TXN) 93 1/4 -13: BA Robertson Stephens analyst Dan Niles made remarks about the DRAM pricing environment being difficult today, which has hurt this semiconductor maker, but believes that sell-off in the stock is well overdone as the company generates more than half of its earnings from higher-margin processors.....

All these analysts do damage first and then go back. Only the bad
stuff gets publicity and good news never gets publicity because the
damage is already done.

Charlie did the sale start late today? The options are wild!
So what do you think.Give us the scenario that you think will unfold before Turkey day.
If TI Management is forthright (which I think they are because they would completely lose credibility)--they are not suffering and do not plan to miss their #'s in 4qtr.-----But Kurlack killed them again today by linking them with the dram problem as if they were another MU.

Charlie do you have a feel for all the heavy option activity on TI in the last few days.I may be reading it wrong but it seems like stockholders are selling puts and buying calls-----so is that a positive sign pointing to an increase in stock price at least in the option traders estimation?
