Thanks for your reply. I've spoken to Quicken and they confirmed that there's a problem with Q 2011. Apparently, the problem doesn't affect everyone. Why? I don't known. The software engineers are working on a fix and when ready, it will be downloaded as an fix.

I've yet to see Quicken release a new version of a Quicken Financial Program without a significant problem in the program. Not a very reliable program, nor company.

You would think that Intuit would send all the register owners an email detailing the problem and a fix date. At least post a notice on the Intuit web site. Would save a lot of the customer's time in trying to find a solution.
