After GWB beat Al Gore, you could not accept it. You considered Bush to be an illegitimate president, used harsh rhetoric against him that infused the Left with hatred. I was not happy with the SCOTUS' decision, but my distaste for bush did not flare up until he took us to war in iraq. You challenged his legitimacy, challenged the process by which power moves forward in this country, and still today, you would mitigate the meaning of the Constitution if you were allowed. I or the left never advocated taking arms or making violence, which is what elements of the right have done repeatedly during the last two years.... ...and they have challenged obama's legitimacy on baseless and idiotic grounds as well. So don't play up your bullshit indignation with me. My dislike for bush was based totally on his foreign policy...the war in iraq to be precise...i could put up with most everything else. Al
