Where would a person access any info on what is going on with the overseas mkts? Is there a source such as Stockwatch that provides this?Tatqiq

My "source" didn't say that - my "block model" says that. However, this block model is only as accurate as the number of holes drawn on it, and that is not very many. We're still guessing, but perhaps it is somewhat educated guessing.
