I don't think any money will be recovered from the auditors and that the misstatement will be limited to this year. D&T is a reputable firm and this should have been easily discovered in an audit UNLESS fraud was involved.

Ya, what about the rest of the HUGE chunk?
Is the amount covered by the insurance, and auditors 1%, 5%, 10%, 20% 50% or what?
If I know insurance, they end up paying a maximum of only 50%.
Man, S3 is screwed for the next 5 years.
